This tour was initiated to ease the frustration of total lockdown in Melbourne during peak COVID-19 pandemic. It was our solution for customers who missed the taste and experience of Pinchy’s, but couldn’t go to dine at the restaurant. All they had to do was pre-order online, and the Pinchy’s team would tour their neighbourhood areas—in true Pinchy’s style—and prepare these meals fresh for quick and easy pickup.

The first week of the campaign saw over 200% increase in sales compared to their previous period, a massive and unexpected growth, and as the hype grew bigger and orders kept coming in, the tour was extended for a few more months to cater to more locations in and around Melbourne.
